The course is mostly flat terrain that is 95% grass. Every mile is clearly marked as well as every 1000 meters. This is on the upper course and not in the woods. It is very well marked and lit for both great racing but also safety. The loop will be 2500m
1st legs and "extras" runners will start on the common start line. They will run the course and then handoff in the 20m exchange zone at the finish line. That means 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th runners will begin and finish their runs in the finish line chute area.
Batons are required for running the relay races.

There is NO fee for parking at Pole Green Park! There will be two nearby lots (one smaller gravel lot closest to the course which will fill up early and another nearby adjacent large grassy field for majority parking). No buses will be permitted to park in the gravel lot and will need to park in the grassy field. Both parking areas are close walking distance to course and there will be parking volunteers directing you where to park and where for buses to unload and pick up.
We will have a certified trainer and EMS unit on-site for any injuries or emergencies. Please bring your own athletic tape. We we will have a sweeping gator utility vehicle in every race to pick up any distressed or injured runners on the course
